I know this has probably been posted before but not sure so please bare with me. Move pekka lvl 4 to town hall 9 it's stupid to have to wait until town hall 10 to upgrade to 4-5 if we had it at town hall 9 it would be so helpful

Might be ok but are pekka really necessary at town hall 9? Most people prefer gowiwi or a hybrid attack.
I think pekkas are and everybody who I've talked to about it said that they would love it
