Starting a clan, Need help

Creating a High Level War Clan

I have been wanting to create a high level war clan for some time now. I have tried multiple times, and each time the clan has ran downhill. It is so frustrating to create a clan, finally get 10 people and try to war, and then half the clan leaves without even attacking. So, I will put this out there. I am a TH9 with maxed defenses, high level walls, more than half legoes with the rest skulls. I have been playing since late May of 2014, or a little over 16 months. I know what it takes to run a clan successfully and would love for other members to join.

Preferable Requirements

If enough people respond to this thread, and I actually get to create a clan, I would be looking for high level players. These would consist of players Town Hall 8 and up, with mostly Town Hall 9 and 10s.

Keep in mind that any of these requirements can be changed or modified by co leaders or comments that give good advice replying to this forum.

Town Hall 8

For Town Hall 8 players, I would expect the following:

• Level 3 dragons
  
• Level 7+ king
  
• Level 4 hogs
  
• All level 7 walls with some level 8
  
• Level 6 air defenses
  
• Level 4 clan castle
  
• Pekkas
  
• Golems
  
• Most level 5 troops

Town Hall 8.5

For Town Hall 8.5 players, I would expect the following:

• Level 10 King
  
• No xbows
  
• Archer queen at least level 5
  
• Most level 8 walls
  
• Max TH8 defenses
  
• Most TH8 troops and spells maxed
  
• Level 4 hogs or level 3 Pekkas

Town Hall 9

For Town Hall 9 players, I would expect the following:

• Level 20+ combined heroes
  
• Level 2+ xbows
  
• All level 8+ walls
  
• Level 5 clan castle
  
• Max TH8 defenses
  
• Ability to three star other town hall 9 bases
  
• Ability to 2 star most TH9s

Town Hall 9.5

For Town Hall 9.5 players, I would expect the following:

• Level 40+ combined heroes.
  
  
• All level 9+ walls
  
• Most max TH9 troops
  
• Max TH9 defenses
  
• Ability to 2 star some TH10s
  
• Ability to 3 star a lot of TH9s
  

Town Hall 10



For Town Hall 10 players, I would expect the following:

• Max TH9 defenses
  
• Level 50+ combined heroes
  
• Level 9+ walls
  
• Level 2+ inferno towers
  
• Ability to 2 star most TH10s
  
• Level 3+ freeze spell
  
• Ability to 3 star most TH9s

Reminders...

Remember, since this would be a new clan, the clan would start off as a level 1 clan. However, it would not take long to level up if we had strong war attackers! I hope to build a clan with a great war record, let's get a green log! Also, Remember that the requirements for any Town Hall level can be changed if somebody brings up an idea that they think sounds better than the current requirements.

Hogs are the most important thing when it comes to TH8 wars. Thats simple. a level one king with good level 4 hog usage will three star a base faster than a max king with gowipe.

Oops. I put them under 8.5 and forgot to put them under 8. My apologies.

So... you have been playing since clan wars started, have 157 war stars, a pattern of upgrades which is unhelpful in war (max defence, weak heroes), but want to lead a high level war clan? I think many people would like to lead a successful, high level clan, but I think you'll need to do a bit more selling to convince strong war players to follow you.

This is because I did not war until I was a Maxed out TH9.

My heroes are upping, I sit while they upgrade. Getting them to at least 20 before my next war.

I see what you mean, but in my opinion I am highly qualified to do this. I was a hardcore farmer until TH9, where I have worked on my war abilities. I am more of a war helper at the moment, I donate max troops and give pointers, my heroes do not affect this. I maxed my defenses first so that I could focus strictly on heroes and walls, as I am now.

You're not a strong enough player for the type of player you want to follow you, yet. Why do you demand to lead the clan?
