Do you mean in war?
War matching doesn't work base by base so hard to say. Overall clan weight is what counts
Your mirror could be a TH6, a TH7 or even a TH8. You don't really know and it all depends on the total weight of everyone in your clan compared to the opposition's total weight. That's why sometimes you'll be matched against say, 5 really good players and 20 bad low level players because you're just 25 middle players. So, there will always be mismatches because it's not based on TH to TH.
