Not sure if this is a good thing.. but I haven't really dove into gold/elixir storages much unless the base design was horrible and my barch can get into it. Basically been barching collectors of 200k/200k. But when it comes to DE, the gold and elixir doesn't matter, as long as it's like 1.2k or more and isn't centralized. (I'm only a TH8)
I avoid any centralized archer queens, inferno towers and even x bows. Lol, I know by TH9 I'm gonna have to man up and go for those storages but loot in silver has been good to me.

I do mostly collector raids for gold/elixer and I look for 200k each. While searching for dark I will look for at least 2k in the core and use a giwiz army with healers.

Newer TH10 with maxed war troops, i rarely barch or gibarch, only giwiz or higher armies, therefore i look for 250k each and 1.7kde at a minimum, I generally avoid max TH10 bases because there are always easier targets, and I always go for scorched earth real raids, lol

I draw the line at 1,800 DE and 250K elixir/gold (able to steal as TH9s offer 350 but I can't take it all.)
When my heroes are upgrading my standards are lower. :smirk:

No matter what I'm looking for, I at least try to find 100k in Elixir to cover troop costs
If I want DE, at least 1600 DE.
If I want elixir, I'll look for at least 250k avoiding using spells as much as possible.
If I want gold, I'll at least look for 200k.
I'm the type to usually farm one type of resources at once and dump the rest into walls. I'm almost done with Elixir upgrades, completely done with gold upgrades. Very close to only needing walls and heroes.

New th8, look for 200k+ of each and 600+ de, normally collector raids

Depends.
If I need cups to stay in league, I will attack anybody if I can take just a bit of resources (DE) from them.

Normal Farming: 100k each MINIMUM. Will take less if there is 300+ DE.
DE Farming: Gold doesnt matter, at least 200k elixer to cover Rage + Loonion, 700-800 DE preferred.

For me it's not about loot it's about how long I've been searching. Your army is building as you search so if you're using BAM boosted it will take only a few minutes to have a full army available for another attack. So I shoot for a 200k/200k out of the gate, but after about 3 or 4 minutes I take anything I can get and reset with a new army. 50k/50k every 4 or 5 minutes is better than nexting 200 times when loot sucks.

Right now I am hitting DE hard because elixir and gold have been ♥♥♥♥ since the addition of 25 more walls - starting to recover but can't search 10 15 minutes to find loot...
So, I've been hitting anything with more than 3,000 DE and like 100,000 in gold and elixir. If I am in a big hurry I might take peanuts for other loot.
Before the walls I was aiming for 200,000 and 2,500+ DE - Generally aimed for 3,000+ too but if gold or elixir was pretty good took less. But not finding that kind of loot right now so just focusing on DE
Also I look at the difficulty of the base. I'll smack a Th9 around for less but a maxed Th10 with both level 40 heros awake I wanna see more like 300,000 both elixir and gold and 3,000 DE to take the chance.
My Th8 mini
1,000 DE, 200,000 gold and elixir or close to but honestly I am maxed now with no desire to upgrade.... so may actually become more of a hunter. Looking for a base to test my skills on... which regular raiding sucks for FYI
