When searching for bases to attack, what is the MINIMUM amount of loot you need to see before attacking? Also no matter the amount of loot, is there a base you won't touch if it has a certain defensive building, wall level, layout, etc?
As a TH 9 I look for a minimum 250k G / 250k E / 1k DE and generally skip TH 10's with well protected Inferno Towers.

Look at for at leat 170k of each. Then go for it. The bonus takes it upto 200k
280k each or 3/4k de in drill otherwise keep searching for snipes in m2.

Im going all out of dark so i would attack any base with 1700+ dark, but if it was 1200-1700 dark and high elix+gold i would consider it
But if i see a collector raid and i have barch i wouldnt pass it, anything from 200+
But if im boosting barraks and loot is dry (like it was today for me) then anything 150+ and any base with 1k dark
As i know when im done i have another army waiting!
200k of each if it's just Barch-able, 250k of each if I have to use Giants and WBs as well.
And I never hit TH10 with Infernos set to multiple targets, even if it offers 500k+ of each. lol
TH8 here
a bit relative. I'll take a 100k/100k if it is a collector raid which requires 1/3 of my army (which is probably already trained by the time I come back to my village). If a village requires most of my army I try to go for 250k/250k or at least 200k/200k
For DE raiding specifically I'd hit TH8s with 1500+ or TH7s with 1000+ when I have a strong army (at least stronger than Barch :smirk:)
So I'm a near max TH9, only working on research, walls and heroes (21A, 20B). I usually equate 1K dark with 100K gold or elixer. Once you make that conversion I usually look for 600K mixed loot if I have both heroes. If I dont have both heroes or loot is awful at the moment, the lowest I go is 500K total on a TH9 and 400K total on a TH8 (because I assume I get to save my spells).

i just look at how easy loot is to get on the base. certain loot numbers can speak to me and get me to 3 star a base, like 600k each and 3k de will make me use everything lol. but if its a simple 150k each collector raid, ill just use my archers and snipe them and maybe come out with a star and loot bonus.
As someone else stated, it depends. when I farm in Masters, anything around 160k is acceptable, because after the bonus you're at ~300k and DE is min 500 plus whatever you get.
I recently dropped to Gold to see what the loot is like and here I've found that I will not raid a village that has less than 300k Elixir (plenty of them here).
I generally skip maxed TH9s because I know that the "next" will be a primmie TH9 or a regular TH8 in Gold league. In Masters, I would raid any TH9 with good loot and pick and choose which TH10 I hit dependent on wall and IT level; L1 ITs are not much of a deterrent.
