Does anybody else have the problem my neighbourhood has? Almost four hours ago the derby finished, but we still can't claim the prizes, because the derby-results are still being processed?

No. It took a while, I'm not sure how long exactly, but maybe 45 minutes?!
i think it's on 'the list' of glitches to be fixed, along with the vanishing and reappearing trophies etc.
My neigbourhood is now waiting for almost five hours....
Still processing 8 hours later...Help Supercell!
Our neighborhood is experiencing the same problem. Let's Play is the name of our hood and I am concerned what to tell my neighbors that spent diamonds on the derby. We were in 2nd place with an hour left last night.

Are we ever going to get a response or update?? I have a feeling this only affected hoods who qualified for an advancement in the leagues this week.
I am not seeing the results processing message but my issue is that during the derby, I received no messages as each horseshoe level was attained. The prize screen showed nothing. When the derby ended, I was solidly in first place. Ended up with no trophy, no prizes for horseshoes or placing. I did advance last week, so that might be the common factor to bad derby results.
We are still waiting for the derby results and the new derby starts in 2 hours. Is there anything we can do?
derby started and my neighboard can't play derby. all task is empty. in derby log there is member in 7 task, and 6 task. all member not in derby in neighboard. please fix this problem supercell
Us too!! Can't start new derby, very frustrating and disappointed in hd for not advising anyone or announcing this properly!!!!! There should have been a notice sent to each of us like when they sent the sneak peaks.......and no replies to any of the notices I sent them, still! Quite annoyed!!
Yes, we are the same - no prizes for the last Derby and unable to start the new one... No replies to messages either....
I wonder how many neighbourhoods are experiencing these problems??

my neighborhood can't play new derby. permanent lists results of old derby and no new tasks. fix it please!!
We are now in maintenance trying to fix it. Please let us know if it fixed it when we are back.

Yes it is all working now.
It is disappointing that we missed 8 hours of Derby time, especially now that we have 7 Derby tasks to complete. Also our hood members didn't get the opportunity to opt out of the Derby.....

Our nh too...only response we get from support is to restart devices and reopen app. Would be nice to know if supercell is even aware of issue and if they are fixing it.
already finished the race and started new today and I could not have the awards and not make the new race as this paralyzed last race.
