Okay I've received 5 messages from people that want to join our team and we are not coming up in the neighborhood search so no one can join our team. I've done the search myself and our team can't be found. Wt? Why is this a problem for us? Why are they not fixing this problem? I've sent message after message only to get lame responses with no resolution to fixing the problem. No help at all!!!

Got another customer service response that was no help what so ever! Dude, we don't come up in the search for anyone. Plain and simple! Fix it please
Have this same issue with our NH. Contacted support & the response was because many farms have the same name, multiple searches may be required before the right one before shows up. We were trying to add a fellow farmer's spouse, & in the end, we had 10 or more members searching for our NH with each person doing at least 30 searches apiece. That's a minimum of 3000 searches & not once did our NH show up. Down on the Farm may be a common name, but not once in 3000 times???? It's like we were wiped from existence, which is ridiculous because just a few weeks ago, a search always brought us up immediately.
To add insult to injury, got a follow up email asking if support's response was helpful...umm...NO! How did we solve our problem? We didn't. The farmer left our NH, joined her husband's, they friended one another on FB, & then she came home. Still not what we were trying to accomplish, but at least she can help her husband now.
We had a similar problem. One hoody sacrificed her horseshoe prizes by leaving the hood and then joining our friend's newly-formed hood. The friend then followed our hoody, who came home. The friend then abandoned her neighbourhood and joined us.Quote:

Yup I keep getting responses from the game support but lame ones. They say there are many teams with our name. Which, I told them in my first message and I've sent four total. They are not willing to fix the problem. I get messages in this forum everyday from people that want to join our team and can't because they can not find us. I think we are blocked from the search. There is no other explanation. It sucks! Also, it's not fair!!!
