Never. I don't find satisfaction in that so don't do it. Nothing against people who do tho as most of my clan does
0 times. You cant do much with 60 gems :smirk:

I boost sometimes... But never gem
Have gemmed 0 times. And have boosted only 2 times after update.
I rarely boost as often I don't gain much satisfaction from doing so (and I don't have a lot of time where I can sit down and play for 2 hours straight.)
I've only boosted my barracks once.
I usually boost 2 times in 3 days, because the 3rd day is cw. On weekends I sometimes boost twice a day (or once before cw start), but there are also some days I cant find the motivation at all or dont have time. Also I dont boost while my queen is in upgrade.
I boost a total of zero times over the week.
I did gem a single or two barracks 1+ year ago.
Nowadays, I only gem AQ as she needs 1 hr 50 min to heal. Gem means about 25 minutes, which is perfect, since 2x DB churns out a golem every 45 minutes / 2 = 22.5 minutes. (stagger the training time)
Also, 4x barracks train a bunch of barchers takes about 15-17 minutes without boosting.
With recent lightning spells reduced to 20 minutes, I can alternate attacks with lightning as well.

Average once per week. Depends on free time. I would like to do much more than that.
I never boost racks. It takes so long to find a decent cup offer my army is normally done when I get back to my base.
I never Gem.
I follow simple rule. The day I have time. I would boost my barracks, 2 hours non stop robbery easy 1+mil G&E with 4-5k DE.

Boasted like 5 times in the whole of 3 years in coc.
I've gemmed troops for donations. I boost sometimes when I am doing a farming session.
I usually gem all 4 regular Barracks, AQ,BK and Spell Factory. so 70 Gems per 2hour boost session.
Depending on what resources I need I can boost anywhere from 1-8 sessions a week, usually 2x 2 hour sessions in a row is what I like.
I only spend gems on that, $10 every 3 week's isn't bad: )

I usually boost my barracks once a day. 60 gems so that i can play and attack with lavaloonion in M2. It allows me to farm and enjoy the game.
To attack - NEVER.
To donate last minute war troops, whenever necessary.
To boost when I have a slow part of the day, maybe once weekly.
Outside of 1 gems boosts, very rarely.
And that is largely due to time commitments, between my wife, work and kids it's almost impossible to put in a solid, uninterrupted 2 hour session.
Once or twice a day so I guess around 10 times a week.
I've been playing 36 months and have only gemmer my racks 6-7 times. All during 1 gem boosts.
Haven't boosted in awhile since I would be maxed out in gold/elix waiting on a builder or the next builder is days away so I have time to accumulate loot. Close to getting some free builders for the rest of my time in th9 so will probably start doing boost once a week then just to progress on the walls faster

only time i gem is when im sitting on a pile of recources, all my builders are in use and theres an hour or less left to go on an upgrade, before i go to sleep or work for 8 hours and shield will run out. I finish the building via gem, and start next upgrade.
me? never. i suspect my clan mates do it for war, as many of them attack consecutively, and in the last half hour of battle day
I feel like this is happening more and more to me... it'd be nice if they had a button to pause the boost (similar to how it is paused and can be resumed after a maintenance break).Quote:

I dont have a free builder so i cannot boost.
If i boost even one normal barrack i will reach full storage sooner than a free builder.
IMO boosting is just good for those who have a free builder or are not very active.
I boost barracks after big updates. Maybe once every 4-5 weeks when I have some open hours at the end of the night.
I gem troops for people who requested a golem 3 hours ago and still hasn't gotten one.
