They weren't using unfairs means though, it's just that Indonesia is REALLY good at clash. They made a few mistakes too but eventually cleaned up all my lower bases. Then they got overconfident and used Golems, Giants & Wizards to yolo 2-star my #1 thinking they're gonna win anyway (they didn't have the troops to 3-star my #1 either, my main has NEVER got 3-starred in wars).

Except, they were wrong, I 2-starred their #1 in return only with higher destruction %. They're gonna lose but they fought fair and fought well.

Late reply but I just checked out Alper Wars and it's not a one man clan or an engineered clan. Just a bunch of rushed noobs together. Still funny to see that TH7 getting matched against a TH6. I'm planning on doing the same.

It is one man clan. He done all his attacks in 2 sessions over 24h. Not a single attack in between.
Also, it's very easy to see the pattern in his base designs and player names.

We learnt our lesson, and added few TH7.1 to our roster - golden wall TH7 with 3rd AD and all traps from TH8, plus all non-defensive buildings, including new storages. It's weighted lower than our top TH7s. They can hit above, yet TH7s and low TH8 can't strike back with lvl2 drags.

Some on them are working on Drag3 and zapquake, some working on Hogs. We'll see how this affect war weight. I expect little to no difference.

I am upgrading some of our TH6's to follow this model so I hope it works...GL with yours and if you get a chance let us know what you see...

Looks good! I've seen a few clans do this before, in fact ran an experiment like this myself, got up to I think a 20 win streak before I got tired of it. If you want a minimax to help out I have a th8 that matches as a th5 I could drop in. It's already got 483 stars but wouldn't mind a few more.

Ya, agree with what you have posted all the way, but you can even increase further your dominance if you have a TH9 in your war and have 15 to 20 bases total in war. The TH9 should have max war troops and only fill CC's and cleanup if needed. TH9 should have TH8 defense along with XBow, imho (many will disagree). Max out the hero's or walls if ya want, but then you need about 19 more little bases to absorb the greatness of the TH9 that is stronger. You need to get Perk L6 to get donated drags to L5 and well, all max CC donations.

We have a dude in our clan that did this and to date has never lost. His TH9 base now has max walls, TH8 defense and L29/L29 hero's. I've been in his wars, and if you don't attack in the first 30 minutes, you don't get any stars because they are all gone that fast. Crazy fun for sure!

In the next update TH9 (wich will be your mirror) can zapquake 2 Air Defenses. 4x Lightning +2x Earthquake (one from clan donation) If the TH8.5 or TH9 is your top base you need a 4th Air Defense. You can compensate the extra weight by only having 2 or 3 mortars (what I'm doing right now)

Also it's bad idea to add the x-bows. You can always rent them. Buy them on prep day and cancel when the war is over. It's kind of a hassle if you do back-2-back wars (you need to farm 6mil gold) but if you're serious about war and war weight then I highly recommend it.

What is the clan tag of your friend? I'd like to take a closer look :o

PS: The level up perk is 5 :p
