I have heard lots of people saying that they would like this. However I am fine collecting it individually.

They make you collect from each collector, because it is small rewards that gets your brain addicted to games like this. Each time you pop a bubble you get a little reward. Pressing one button would be one reward, pressing several are lots of little rewards that our brain loves!! Don't underestimate the psychological tools that are used in this game and many like it.
You think a billion dollar company didn't think about making a single button lol?? There is a reason for everything in this game and they are very very intelligent people, who are many steps ahead of your suggestions.
