Make stickies more prominent

We all know the stickies go unnoticed by most new members. I have a few suggestions to make them more noticeable:

1) Add a small icon on each bar that has a note with a pin in it, similar to what you would see on a bulletin board.

2) Add a thick, back line separating the stickies from the rest of the threads, making it obvious that they are different.

3) Make the stickies bigger. (Bigger text, thread bar, etc.)

4) When someone opens up the page to make a new thread, make a note in the bigger section (the one all of the good stuff goes into) that informs them of the stickies. It disappears when the text box is selected. *I know that one is hard to understand. If you can't understand it, let me know, I will describe it in deep detail in the reply section*

5) Make a button available (when replying) that automatically makes links to the stickies of that sub-forum appear. From there, the user can copy/paste them into a text-link-thingy if they want.

Please remember that there are other stickies too. You are free to report the already ruled out ideas. In fact, as a good community member, you probably should help to assist the mods in any way you can. The forum is huge and they can't be everywhere at once!
