Clan Post Board please!

This is such a simple idea and I'm sure it wouldn't take much. It wouldn't effect game play. Clan Post board enabling Co Leaders and Leaders to post to a clan message board. There is nothing more irritating than trying to explain clan rules over and over for new members that join. War strategies, upgrade sate goes, clan events, Super Cell events. All these are good examples of how this would benefit this game. I have a lot more ideas if anyone is interested and may actually read this. I know there are a ton of stupid unrealistic things people wanna see, but it's the simple things that can make this game just a bit better. ✌️ Thanks for listening.
