^^This, discounting clans consisting of minis and mini max clans, usually clans consisting of TH8s and lower will have lower participation rates.

Lower TH levels generally aren't in the addicted category yet and so therefore don't care. Once you get your clan to TH9+ wars, you won't be getting this issue, unless the war is hugely lopsided, or you face a war farm clan.

^^Controversial assumption from last year that only Asian clans engage in non-fair play tactics.... last few months have proved this issue isn't just confined to Asian clans.

Our leader has 6 accounts and coleads 2 - 3 accounts. Me an elder has 6 accounts as well. All in our clan.

Is that unfair play?

Yeah.. That's why you're facing clans with zero participation because they're taking 45 Th7 and below. What do you expect?

Can you tell me how we broke it?

Most around your low level don't have 5-7 towns apiece in a single clan......then complaining about the results calling it broken which would be your own fault constitutes your breaking it for yourself.

Last War we had to face the most epic Clan War mismatch I have ever seen.

Opponent had 2 maxed out TH 10 we had 0.

Opponent had 24 TH 9 most of them had maxed put defences and had level 20 plus hero's while we had only 20 TH 9 out of which only our top 8, 9 had max defences. Our highest hero level was King 17 and Queen 18.

Opponent had 13 TH 8 while we had 14 TH 8.

Opponent had 1 TH 8 while we had 6.
