well with a name like ' keylogger' I'm not surprised...and therein lies the crux of it...the amount of links we'd get to ppl's ' websites' ...would probably be mostly ' free gems' and 'h@cks' sites ... It's impossible to police.

You are mistaken. I do not own a website. However there are certain websites I've granted permission to share my work. All guides, base designs, and other content I create will always be provided here at SC forums foremost and completely free.
Well i see you have done a nice research, but if you used internet tools to check on websites ranking you need to keep in mind that they don't count all the page views that visitors do, they do count unique visitors which i get daily about 900 - 1000 and most of them view at least 2 more articles so you can do your math.
About the traffic you are right, during summer i didn't do anything since I was participating in Youth European Olympics held in Tbilisi, Georgia so i was in preparation in Turkey (yea i do Judo). When i came back i thought i give a boost by sharing my content around Facebook clash community.
Also about h@ckforums, I'm a members there for around 4 years now and if you didn't know they have a special sub forums dedicated to Clash of Clans on the Mobile Games Section.
Here is a screenshot from the CP of the website, it counts page views not unique visitors, that's why i say that i have around 4000 views daily on average. http://prntscr.com/8k4e3e
But again I'm really thankful that a respected community member is taking a look on my thread and at some point understanding what I'm trying to do, so thank you again.
PS : i miss the Poll Feature, since it would determine better if my idea is at some point good or just useless.
I agree with this guy here.
Back up the truck buddy!
Gaining website exposure is very, very difficult rather than a YouTube video. On YouTube, you can get all sorts of views by having good tags, descriptions, and YouTube recommends videos to watch.
On a website, you have to seriously focus on Search Engine Optimization, otherwise only your grandma will be reading your posts.
"Promoting is something I do have something against. Not promoting itself, but rubbing it in the face to anyone you stumble upon. Having a link to your site in the signature of yours, that would be totally fine. If people find your content attractive, your site will get the exposure you are looking for."
He has no where to share it though!
I'm also not sure why in all of these threads I'm finding people who say, "thread closed" acting like they are moderators. Maybe they're mods on alt accounts and forgot to sing in while they were incognito?
Well if your websit is ever looking for a writer let me know. I used to run a clash blog but I couldn't maintain it due to not being able to have constant activity. I'd be down for 1-2 articles/tip/stories a week. Hit me up in a PM please with a response :D
This is another pretty solid argument in favour of a Blogger's Corner.
This would inevitably bring the community closer together. Those looking for writers to lend a hand and those who want to write but can't maintain a site themselves and don't know where to look would have a perfect spot to gather. It's just another outlet that would attract more than it would repel.
I find it encouraging when two complete strangers find a common ground on the 'net and begin working together towards something. As I said earlier, I really don't see any reason something like this would be a bad idea.
