Friends do we need something new (please read)

Share marketing is my new idea. I will say a example for 10 eggs it cost 180 maximum . so if Manny people are making eggs then the cost of eggs must become low eg- cost 100 for eggs maximum or if less people are making eggs then the cost must increase eg-240 cost for eggs maximum it must go on for other things also and there must be a news paper for share marketing to show the cost of the things now for all things. It must change in every 5 minutes.(Share marketing means the changing of price of the things automatically it must change if the production increase or decrease if increase the price must decrease and if increase price must decrease. One more example :fish no one is selling fish and no one is making fish a lot so the maximum prise must increase)

Please DON'T SAY THAT MY IDEA IS RULED OUT...... please it is not ruled out

"Overriding the maximum price" is ruled out for the time being. :D


What you are requesting is a Free Market, yes? No constraints? Anyone can charge as much as they wish to? I don't know if they will ever change the system but I have to admit I like it the way it is. Having a maximum price is good for players stress levels. I don't want to spend any part of my game haggling. As a beginner, I was extremely glad that I wasn't trapped into endless poverty by people charging outlandish prices.

I totally agree that the way prices for items being sold is set up is fine the way it is.

Whenever I do a harvesting task I usually go with the suggested price for the item in question for instance I sell 10 indigo for 70 coins rather than bumping the price up to 252. This way my excess crops get sold quickly, new players can get items they might want for a reasonable price and I have more space in my silo and coins to spend elsewhere.

No this game is just for less than 13 year baby I play this game because this game is made by super cell. My idea is I for example I don't like to have same price. Always u see in the hay day news paper that wheat 10 for 1 cost then why the maximum cost is 36. Manny are making wheat. why Manny are making wheat in hay day to stop that we need a share marketing (Share marketing will decrease it's maximum prise)

I think the pricing system works fine as it is.
People are selling wheat at whatever price because it sells.

It's hard enough to find those items that are rarely sold let alone having to pay an elevated price for them.

No the pricing system is not working good I say this because example for eggs we can't increase the price more than 180 and anyone is selling the fish? They are not selling because maximum prise is not good. So if Share marketing comes the maximum prise automatically increase and decrease how people make the things so we can find a lot of things in the news paper. Now a days I see only cones and wheat.
We need to see all the goods of the farm so we need a share marketing system.

Why are you posting this idea again? You already had an answer from a mod last time.

Still not my choice. I don't think a stock market is very "Hay Day". Simplicity and transparency in the sales market provides stability and a clear way to progress through the game.


I see what you are saying, that having a virtual stock market where value is set by customer demand or rarity of items reflects the real business world and also will add a new aspect of game play.

I offer to you the chance to consider that the current system - a controlled maximum price - also adds value to the game. It safeguards the global community from abuse, manipulation and inescapable poverty. You may notice that in the real business world these safeguards are not in place and most of us are subject to abuse, manipulation and various degrees of inescapable poverty.
