ALCHEMISTS - Level 4 War Clan - Needs Active Co-Leaders to Shape Future

ALCHEMISTS (#YYYY0898) is a level 4 war clan 250 points away from level 5. We have 30 members, mostly TH5, 6, and 7. Our war record is 40 wins, 6 losses.

I am looking for 4 Co-Leaders who want to be involved in leading the clan going forward. Going forward all clan rules, decisions and policy will be decided by majority vote among the co-leaders. Ties will be broken by my vote. In effect, this is an opportunity to be a leader of a level 5 clan without having to build the clan from level 1. In addition, you will be sharing leadership chores with 4 others. The only things that won't be subject to vote is that "Leader" status will remain with me (Drazak).

ABOUT YOU: You want to lead a clan. You understand it take a lot of time to recruit, donate troops, review bases, answer questions, chat socially, etc. Despite that, you seem to have some crazy idea that leading a clan would be fun. You have been in clans before and have ideas about how to improve the way clans are run. You are a role model for other players, with at least 2000 trophies, 200 war wins, a non-rushed base, and over 10k troop donations. You are skilled in farming, wars, and trophy pushing. You are good at sharing your knowledge, and you are generous and compassionate, but you have boundaries and do not hesitate to enforce them. You have a sense of humor and have things to say. Still with me?

HOW THIS WILL WORK: Initially, you must be willing to be in a war clan that wars 3 times a week. Once we get to know each other we can vote to change the type of clan to farming (or something else) or to only change by unanimous vote, etc. We can also decide how promotions and demotions should work, etc.

If your still with me, then just join the clan (I will know where you came from) and start acting like a leader. I will promote you in no time as long as you lean toward sanity, and we can start talking about what to do with the clan.
