It is getting more weird now..
3 members of our hood were opted OUT in the last derby
Before the start of the new derby yesterday, they checked their settings and they were all opted IN.
Needles to say that they did not change anything themselves.
Two of them removed the check-mark and they are now NOT participation in the current derby. OK!
One of them decided that it was ok, she wanted to participate.
She left the checkbox untouched.
The weird thing is that now the Derby has started, she is NOT participating. "Not in Derby"

I have got an answer but it is clear that the support engineer did not understand (or read) my message... just a default answer how to Opt In or Out.
I've tried to explain it again, no answer yet.
Yes. We had a player opted out last time who checked his status and it had gone to opted in :mad: He unchecked it again and fortunately it worked.
