Clanmates wont stop hopping around feeder clans, costing us wars?

My clan has a serious issues with members hopping in an out during war. Its not that the hoppers dont attack during war, the issue is that they arent even in the war. Whenever we do 30 or 35 member wars, our few bottom players do not match up at all with the opponent's bottom players. Usually level 30s and 40s coming up against 60s and 70s. Every time we try to ask them to reduce the number of participants they just ignore anyone who isnt an IRL friend. We do have a decent attack record but without these hoppers, our match ups get messed up.

You are not the leader or coleader of the clan.

If that's the case, my advice is: leave that clan inmediately and join another one, you'll find a clan way better that that, with better leaders.

I don't really understand what you're saying. The members are not there when it's time to start the search because they are hopping to other clans?

It sounds like leadership is trying to engineer clan war matches, and not doing a good job. There's a reason why your lower levels are out-ranked and it's not the number of people in the war. Although, they might just be chasing easy XP to level up the clan and not care about wins.

Either way whenever a clan is not run to your liking, and you are not in a position to change things the only option is to leave. Just whether that come sooner or later is a matter of your tolerance but there is no sense being unhappy. After all it is meant to be entertaining.


Clans with large numbers of rl friends are to be avoided imo, unless you want to sit back and watch the eventual disintegration.

Go join a clan better suited to you. Really all there is to say.
