I agree with henstent, the update did not fix anything, still having the same ♥♥♥♥ over here.... So what should we do now?

FWIW, my game was lagging after the recent apple update. I just assumed it was because of the apple update. I reported a shuffle glitch here and was told to get the optional hay day update. I don't know yet if it fixed the shuffle glitch but my game sure is a lot smoother.
Hi hay day people you are wrong in blaming older devices for lack of space. Ever since iOS update I have frequent crashes on iPad Air.
Yeah i guess u are right.
as I see this now is the same as u do because Clash of clans is running without any problems. And it has also loads of animation so it has to be iOS,, but what do we do to get it fixed? Complain to iOS? Apple? Or ... Well I don't know anyway I am so enoyed that I can't play.... It's eating me alive... ♥♥♥♥.

I was having problems with the game being sluggish and crashing before I updated. I only updated to iOS 9 because Super Cell told me to, now I am having problems using the entire iPad 2.. I would not have updated otherwise. I know that I will never update again until i know there are no problems. I've had problems with this game getting slow since they added the derby, which I don't understand why it's even in the game. If they want a derby game, let them create a separate game for it, it really has no place on Hay Day.
Just clocking in here to say I have the same issues. Omg it makes playing a nightmare! Is this Apples way of getting us to ditch the game???
After searching the internet, i came up with the idea to possibly help ios9 users - on your device go to settings, safari, turn off EVERYTHING, reboot device, then go back and turn on what you need in safari,I tried it and has solved my HD lag problems, if not 100% solved all my other ios9 lag issues elsewhere:) today I am pretty happy:)
I just upgraded to IOS 9.0.2 and still can't get Hay Day to stay connected. It gets loaded and after the program opens it just freezes.
