Cannot collect daily mail

Since yesterday, i am not able to collect my mail. The mailman brings me the envelopes. When i open my mailbox the button 'collect mail' is not clickable. Im running hayday on Android (popcorn).

After 40 gift certificates or so you can't collect mail until you spend some of your gift certificates. I'm guessing you have 40 or more? If so, just buy a package to collect mail again.

There was a link explaining Alfred, the postman, but it's not stickied anymore. I'll have to hunt for it later.
