I need advice from Clan Leaders

Hey guys,
Im the leader of the clan EhrenCodex(a german clan).
My clan is not too old about 1month old. Most peaple are active but we have a problem which is in clan wars.
My problem is that from 4 clan wars we made we lost 3(the forth one was a tie) and we are about to lose the next one too!
This is not atractive and we lose alot of new players when they look at the Warlog.
Our problem is that we cant get enough 3 star and it seems like most of them dont know how to attack.
So my question to all the more expirenced leaders or co leaders is how I could fix that.
Pls help me its ruining the clan

The first thing I would say is don't give up yet - it is very early days and we all go through rough patches.

As for the fighting abilities of your clan mates - encourage them to maximise their bases and not rush. There are lots of attack strategy guides out there for you all to learn from. Use the spaces in between wars to raid and practice these strategies. Sharing replays of successes and failures will encourage members to analyse attacks and hopefully learn from them. Finally, try and keep the clan an upbeat and friendly place to be, as a lot of players are just as keen on the social aspects of the game as they are the winning the wars. Developing this loyalty will help clan cohesion and you will grow together.

I agree with the other guy who said to work together. I also went and looked at your clan and it looks like many of your guys have rushed their th upgrades. Try to get everyone to focus on keeping their labs busy to upgrade troops and spells, and to resist upping th as much as possible.

try to get your th7 to upgrade their drags and spells and run full out drag raids in war. Try to get your th8s to max their hogs to 4 since that seems to dominate at th8 right now (if this is unrealistic, they should at least max the drags and spells). Have your th9s get their golems upgraded and their heroes as much as possible, since a solid gowiwi or gowipe is crucial for a growing th9.

Except for th9. Gowiwi and gowipe are absolutely not needed at th9. Hogs and loons (goho and lavaloon variants) are the best 3 star strategies at th9. I will occasionally run a gowiwi - on a spread base with almost no compartments. I will never ever run gowipe on a th9. Only to attack a th10.

So what do you do in the meantime, while everyone upgrades?

Answer: Make a rule that in order to war everyone must have at least one 3 star war attack combo for their th level. For th7 that is usually drags. Th8 - Lev3 drags or lev 3 hogs (lev 4 is better but u can 3 star with lev 3s). Th9 either a combo of a 30 space cc, lev 3 drags and lev 6 loons or a 30 space cc and lev 5 hogs and at least a lev5 queen 10 king. Those troops will let you 3 star low th9s. For mid to high th9s you need witches, lavahounds, and lev 3 + golems...

Our clan has a pretty interesting war history. When we first started we were really fortunate in war pairings and were able to win majority of the time. After a few weeks, however, we became bloated with inactives and we got into a funk of losing wars, and it lasted over twice what you're looking at. Finally I made some changes to the clan rules and structure and we've since had a much healthier win:loss ratio. We're not a hardcore war clan by any means, but we're able to win over half our wars at this point (looking at potentially winning all three this week). I think every clan has to go through periods of growth like that, and the beginning takes a lot of effort. Depending on how serious you are about war you can give people advice and even threaten to kick. For us just having rules about using attacks and donating has been enough to let us do reasonably well. Don't be afraid to shake things up as time goes on--refine your clan as it grows and matures.

I completely agree with those being the best 3 star options at th9 and is what I have the th9s use in my clan, however for a clan with many rushed bases just trying to get the basics of big war attacks down I think gowiwi and gowipe are a great place to start. They will not be able to run a full lavaloon or surgical loon if they have not even mastered basic funneling. At this stage I think the OP is looking for winning at least half their wars, not to go on a 50 war unbeaten streak
