PROBLEM SOLVED AFTER POSTING
After updating to IOS9 I'm not being able to finish my derby task (train task) since the finished town visitors is not counting. Used 10 diamonds to get an extra task, and i have 22 out of 23 finished.
Have tried to restart both the game and the ipad.
Using iPad mini (version no: ME280KS/A) and IOS 9.0.
