I Need HELP ASAP Re Name!

I didn't know if I should post a thread, and if so where, or contact a moderator, or what, so I apologize right off the bat if this isn't where this should be posted and etc. I have already contacted help and support directly through Hay Day, but they are useless and always just copy and paste back to me exactly, verbatim, what is already in the FAQ section.

Ok so-- My road side shop name-- it is the first name that is on my "fake" facebook account. But I am not even connected through facebook! I am connected through google play! I have made sure, quite a few weeks ago, that my google plus and google play name is changed to what I want it to be and that is what should show up on my RSS then--at least that's what the FAQs section says! I signed in with facebook once a few weeks ago--just to see--and since then I haven't been connected to it at all, just google play.

The other weird thing-- when I myself am in my RSS the correct name shows up. My husband just got to the level where he can go and look at my farm-- that is how I found out. To him, and obviously to the rest of the world-- my RSS name is Katrina (which isn't even my real name, but is the name on my facebook account)! How does that work?!

I do Not want that name displayed! I've tried everything I know how, and everything I have read, to get the correct name displayed, which should be the Account Through Which Hay Day is Linked To right??? My google play and google plus accounts-- and I have made extra extra sure that my name is as I want it in both those accounts. But it won't show up to the rest of the world in my RSS! Just to me! WHAT is going on??! Please someone, anyone-- I need HELP fast!!! Thank you.

It may be whatever you signed up as.

Even though my farm name occasionally changes, my shop says Sharon's Roadsise Shop.
Sometimes when I am helping or shopping my Facebook avatar shows up and sometimes my GC avatar displays.

Have even seen the same person buy more than one thing from my shop yet two different names show up. I know it's the same person because it's the exact same avatar pic.

I guess I'm saying I'm not sure if you can change that. I just don't understand a lot about what name or avatar pic shows up when and where.

Well yeah whatever I signed up as-- exactly! Which was my google play and google plus accounts. It never was my facebook account, which is what makes this all the more frustrating!! Raar!!! :(

Can you check your settings in Facebook, and try to delete the app there? It shouldn't impact on your game I don't think, it should just permanently disconnect it from FB?

Can anyone corroborate this? Thanks!

This is why people are seeing your Facebook name.

Once your farm is connected to Facebook, it's connected forever. No matter what you do.

It didn't used to be this way. They changed it about a year ago. The reason is supposedly to keep people from accidentally losing their farms by connecting with the wrong account.

Anyway, there's nothing you can do about it. Your farm is connected to that Facebook account permanently, and you cannot change that.

Oh my gosh So not fair! Really?! I just went to my facebook account--which I Never even use anyway!--and deleted hay day from the apps. Says ok but hay day may still have the information and so forth. So jeeze-- by signing in through facebook Once as a test-- my google account that HD is actually connected to then just has no precedence??!!? Bad. Way Way Bad!!! :( No Precedence??!!

Which name shows in the game appears to be random. I have seen it change while I watch. (On "sold" bins in the RSS, for example.)

Sometimes you see the Facebook name, sometimes the farm name, sometimes the GC name.

Last time I checked, no one but you sees your Google Plus name. Basically, G+ is for backing up your game. You can't friend anyone through G+ and your G+ name doesn't show. Except to you. You might see your G+ name on your RSS, but no one else does.

That is nuts! And this is what is states in the help and support section: "With Facebook and Google + it is not possible to change your roadside shop name unless you change your name in your Facebook app or Google + app., ... [T]he roadside shop name comes from your Facebook name or your Google + name or your Game Center nickname, depending on Which Account Your Farm Is Attached To." Okay! So my farm is attached to my Google+ account. Facebook is Gone-Doesn't exist anymore. Never was supposed to be connected with HD! This doesn't make sense!!

They may have changed it. Meonhoc would probably know.

But the last time I checked, your G+ name doesn't show in the game to anyone but you.

Could you change the name on your fake Facebook account to match your G+ name?

Who is Meonhoc? Should I contact him/her?
I tried to change my name in that stupid facebook account but it kept telling me that it wasn't my authentic name but that I could add a nickname/birthname/maiden name, etc, that would also be shown in my profile, which I did but that didn't work. And I did delete the hay day app completely from the facebook account.
If your google+ name doesn't show to anyone, and say I never ever did log in once with facebook, which name then would show up in your RSS?? Maddening! :(
