Incentives for clan members

While we do fwa wars and earn perks that way I don't think you should only allow perks to those who have been there the longest or have pledged allegiance .. Some can't war and don't war for that reason.. Cooking up a massive army to then fail is the way of life for some.. So some opt out. But if they opt out a lot should not be singled out and told they don't war so don't earn the perks.

We actually did a war and 3 stared 4 th 10s. Ended up winning but it was a one off.. It's hard to war and keep members intrested in war.. And it's hard to find those who try for the 3 and know the game well enough to get a 2 star or 3

we we farm war and put people in wars regardless but it's relaxed and fun ( try to be )

I have been in my clan around a year now.. I don't feel like leaving but we get so many hoppers it's unreal but we treat everyone the same..some after a month want elder.. Some after 6 months. And some just don't care..

I think elder and co leader are pointless.. In respects though it gives people something to do and talk about. I got co after 2-3 months but really didn't care much as I just wanted to play the game

i don't think there's nothing else they can do but I just feel co and elder pretty usless..

other games like travian you promote defence leaders and attacking leaders.. Aswell as an actual leader... You get 2-3 actual leaders who all have there own band and chat amung themselves

i guess it would be nice to have a leader and a Deputy leader who can lead and delete co leaders etc but maybe it's getting too much.. You really don't need all these but in other games it's fun I guess
