To me, upgrading barracks is one of the most annoying things I have ever done in COC. Why can't we just use the barracks while upgrading? It's just upgrading a building not the inside! Right?!

It is SUPER annoying. But they can't train troops while inside they're constructing an armoury for PEKKAs inside!Quote:

I find upgrading barracks REALLY annoying, due to the fact that you can't train in that upgrading barracks. This means longer training time and more barracks space used to queue up troops.
However, I find the feeling of a finished barracks upgrade oddly satisfying...
My first two towns I would wait until there was a 1 gem barracks boost event to upgrade since at least I could still raid in a timely fashion.....that and seems like they used to do them far more often than they do nowadays. Now with my two baby towns I just suck it up start em and walk away for a while.
Extremely annoying. I only have one lvl10 barracks (rest are 9) and one lvl6 dark barracks (other is 5).
Really hate to upgrade them. Have one lvl 10 two lvl 9 and a level 8 that I want to upgrade but, it is sooooo annoying!!!
