A lot of bugs/issues since update...
I am the leader of The 300 Club, since the update of Hayday people in my NH have had numerous issues which I hope have been fixed... I'm afraid to update my IOS for my iPad now after reading that it too is slowing down Hayday. I just want to voice the issues we have had. I've had 2 ladies tasks just disappear, they DO NOT show as trashed... They show open like they are being worked on. I instructed the ladies to take a screen shot and send when they contacted support. When they did this they were told that the had to have trashed these tasks for them to no longer be there, mind you these ladies sent me their screen shots as well... The tasks show open... THEY WERE NOT TRASHED !!!!! Support completely disregards the screenshots and said sorry you must have trashed them... THIS IS NOT FAIR TO THE PLAY OR THE NH.... I along with others are still being kicked off every few minutes, yes I downloaded the additional update for iOS the day after the original update and even with the maitaince fix we are still expierncing some of the same issues, I am very unhappy with the support that the dedicated Hayday players get. If support is shown proof the player is still told they are at fault. I'm sorry but I feel like we aren't being treated fairly. I'm not asking for anything just to be taken serious and not to be told I am a liar when I'm showing physical proof. Just wanted to vent a bit about the issues, hope the next derby is better.... Ps the variety of tasks is nice, but where have all 320's gone or am I the only person to notice this... Don't know if Hayday gets better or worse !!!!
