Team Hay Day's Response to Concerns About the Recent Bot Bans

I've got a message from support they said i have used automation or semi-automation tool.I still dont know what that exactly is. But im sure i didnt do any other thing than buy and harverst. So this is absolutely not true!!.
my second farm shop doesnt work. I have sold stuffs that i harverst from my second farm to my main farm. And the other tools i've bought from the dd, followers and friends.
This answer makes it totally clear how accurate their investigation is. And most of all the way they act like they know it all and that upsets me the most. How can i defend myself knowing i didnt do anything wrong.

Hi first of all i want to thank you ,Nick. I know for sure my shop is unblocked coz you forwarded my message to support to check my case in detail. Im so happy as im hooked on this game!!
But i also think its kind of sad that my rrs would still be blocked if Nick wouldnt help me by forwarding my message. My shop was blocked for more than 15 days.

Today i received a message i was blocked coz i have traded with multiple different bot networks in a short timewindow i was detected as a bot by their system. He wil unblock my rss this time. just a friendly reminder: do not use any kind of automated system. When ever you see a suspicious farm, or if you know a farm that uses automated systems, report thrm to us and we will check it. Our number one priority is to keep the game fun and fair for every player, but for this to happen we need everybody's collaboration. My apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Reading this all, im thinking unblock my rss this time?..this time? Do i first have to scan a farm before i buy smth!? by the time im done with my scanning the item would be sold! Isnt it their job to keep it botfarm free!?..Do i get banned again if i buy smth from a botfarm again?
Im upset with their irrogancy firts they kept me waiting on my first message keeping me in the dark. Then i got the standardreply about automated tool bla bla bla.Then they couldnt find anything on my account and wondered if im sure my shop didnt work. Then they told me eachtime i used automation although i said i did not use any of those tools. And then they said they have found enough evidence when i asked for any evidence which tool i have used.
On my question if it was a permanent ban they wouldn't tell me. Thats not a support!!!
Coz if Nick didnt helped me, they wouldnt take the time to look in detail. So their system isnt that wonderful and they shouldnt trust their system.
I wonder if i should report players for being a botfarm coz i know how frustrated it is to get unbanned. I do understand they need the players to detect more botfarms. But looking at my frustrations, i don't want to do that to others.

I am also concerned about a reply someone had about this issue. She showed the reply of support that if you buy from a botfarm they only would ban the botfarm and not the player who bought from the botfarm. Thats not true, coz they banned me right? or they blocked my shop to be specific. I wonder if i can buy tools from the dd again without being scared of buying from a botfarm.
I still dont understand why they don't make this whole issue about botfarms and banning public on the FAQ.
Hope all the falsely banned farms will soon get their farms back!

I am very sad. For 4 weeks, my store is locked and I can neither buy nor
sell anything! Mir has been accused, I would have used third-party software
which does not correspond to the truth !!! And everyone from the support
team did not tell me other things or answers. I am now out of the Community
resigned because playing so not fun and I can not even ask for something.
Am now unfortunately on quite superior to quit playing. Many players in my
group where I wa s also had been in contact with you but it did not produce

Probably imo because players should not have to try to differentiate between a bot farm and a real farm. It's suppose to be the game's responsibility to accurately police the game. Banning of players by mistake is bad for business.

For quite a while, I've gotten most of my wheat and other easy-to-buy crops from low-level farms in the DD. I go through the Dirt and visit the shop of any farm below level 20 and buy any crops they are offering at ANY price. I could buy wheat from friends and neighbors who always sell wheat, but I prefer to encourage the new farmers.

However, since the Great Bot Banning, I've been hesitant to do this. I've found myself visiting low-level farms that appear to be bots. I've reported more than one. After reading secretgarden's post about being banned for trading with multiple bot networks within a short time window, I'm concerned that I could face the same issue. When I'm looking for wheat, I buy from quite a few farms within a minute or two. I've begun looking at every farm that I want to buy from regardless of whether they have a help flag up or not. I've walked away from some farms that probably are legitimate. Those low-level farms need our support, but this is making it hard.

I guess I am in a different game, lol, because I don't understand how or why or when I might find several bot farms in a row and buy from them .... I mean, why do I need that much wheat or even that many tools? I am missing something important in the game obviously. :confused::confused::straightface:

MiniG, are you buying an inordinate number of tools from bot farms one after another, how do you find such farms? I remind us all of this quote below, from page one of the thread: (and I say don't panic!)

Having my granddaughters roadside shop banned after just a few days of her beginning Hay Day is unbelievable. She only bought a few things from the paper, possibly 6-10 different times and from random people, during that time. The rest was from me! I wanted to help her get her barn and silo built up, purchase a few machines, and get her coins built up so she didn't have to struggle so much in the beginning. I am at level 120+, have over 18 million coins, played for nearly 2 years and have spent a lot of real money on diamonds.
I presume they banned her shop because they thought I was a robot. If not, she got banned because one of the 12 other farms she bought from was a robot or used illegal software. What are the chances of that? Did Supercell really look into her activity or check out my farm before jumping to conclusions? Apparently not.
Nick has said you can buy or sell things at the price you want, with how many you want etc, but be careful if it seems too good or sells repeatedly. Well sorry, that isn't true if I was the reason she was banned. When a farm is flagged, look at the farms they bought from. Supercell should be able to tell who the bad guy is and in this case, it was neither of us.

She hasn't been told if this ban is perm or temp. If temp, and you see you were in the wrong, it should be unbanned instantly. Either way, I am disgusted with Supercell. I play by the rules in the game and in life, as does she. This 54 year old grandmother has said her piece, but it doesn't make me feel any better. Still disgusted.

I'm so sorry this has happened to her, poor little poppet.

Firstly, I presume she is already Level 7 and was able to sell things previously? If that's the case...

Have you tried reporting it through your game as well as hers? As much as I'm usually willing to shred the 'In game support' to pieces, I've contacted them a couple of times lately and got real people, with some common sense, and some good replies.

I would also suggest posting your farm name & level as well as your Grandaughters and Nick might look int it for you when he's on. If you don't want to post it here, send Nick a PM or friends request.
