No way, and I think supercell intend to keep it that way..
some people just wanna play quietly...
U can visit their base n click on their collectors n see info, if the amount of that particular Elixer/Gold collector is below 600(lvl12 collectors) then high chance of him being online:)
not a perfect way but you can check drills, pumps or mines of the persons to estimate their last login or how long they been away.though it can not give you right data always as many players stay online without clearing their resourses but this the only possible way to have a little idea.
