agreed. i remember an update(or 2?) ago, think it might have been 2, when they patched bunnies. Had 3 wars in a war against clans from that place we all know where they love bunnies a lot. Was quite the show. Popcorn worthy for sure. Really made me realize how bad it was.Quote:

Surprised no one has mentioned this, but just shows how quickly we forget. The loot system update was my least favorite, ended up moving loot to the super powerful bases and made farming much harder. The hero nerf last was almost as bad. Both updates had people furious and the hero update had people demanding refunds for those who gemmed.
favoite update for me was clan wars, though the opt out feature took way too long to bring in.
The quake spell is the worst for me....all that time grinding walls now someone can open 4 compartments by dropping spells😕
Best to me was whatever update came with half priced wizards.....
Probably the inferno update. December 2013 was the day the game was destroyed.
Definitely whichever update around March 2014ish or something that completely destroyed the loot system. I was a TH8 in gold 3, the easiest farming range in the game, and I could sit there and hit Next for literally hours (literally, it happened several times) and not find any bases with over 50k loot.
No exaggerating.
I quit the the game for a year because of this; when I tried it out again this summer the loot seemed much better.
The original lix-for-walls update. Destroyed the economy until they made it lvl 9 +
