Damage became progressive which in mid raid/attack can't be rely on unless you would tend to lure and wait poisoning the enemy cc which I missed a star in recent war with those wiz. 15sec wait or lightning spell....

Nope.
Max damage (at lvl1) is 90dps. It is not doing 90dps for the whole 15 seconds, it starts off much less, then ramps up the longer troops stay in it (the same way the single target inferno tower ramps up the longer it is locked on).
The new version hasn't been around long enough yet for total damage figures to be available on the wiki.
