this is very rare case but draws still gonna happen with low level clans where both clans total destrution would be 100% with perfect stars.

The chances are so small, but this shows SC that the new tiebreaker system is still kind of a flaw. It should then go down to attacks used, and if that is not working, then it needs to go down to clan level probably. Higher clan wins
