If all percentage destructions were equally likely then you would expect chance of xx.xx/100.00 which is a 1/100,000 chance. If both clans got the same percentage it would be a chance of 1/100,000 *1/100,000=1/10^-10 or 1/10000000000. However it's more complicated than that because in a normal clan you would expect percentages to be around 60-70%, so you would get a bell-shaped curve on a graph with the highest point being the percentage which is most likely.
