Drop a Troop Tornado and for the next 7 seconds (w levelling), all of YOUR troops caught in he vortex will be RANDOMLY re-directed to any target in their specific range.
This target could be better, same, or even worse! But at that moment in your assault when you realize it's about to go south.. and you want that swag, or your clan NEEDS you to get that 2nd & 3rd star.. It's time to shake the dice, and Drop that Twister!
