Update 17/09 - BUGS & PROBS thread

The new level 11 wall corners. The skull that spits magma (or whatever it is) only faces SOUTH, while the actual corners of the walls can face ALL FOUR directions. Fix them.

Ugly visual glitch. Fire your graphics designers.

When I open Clash, it tells me there is an update. When I go to get the update, my Ipad says "can't connect to ITunes store". I've never had a problem buying gems. I can't even get into the game now. Please help

I started the research of Lightning Spell (level 6) a few days before update, and now, every time i launch the game, in the laboratory time of research starts counting down from 10 days.
How to fix this bug? Or when 14 days have elapsed, research will end automatically?​

I know thats the reason but i believe that it should be fixed, a few problems that could happen. Ex. A coleader or leader could be watching their attack live and think that they used no spells and kick the person for that reason.

Got the same problem. Upgraded Lightning Spell to level 6 a day before the update. The research time resets back to 9d 23h 59m 59s everytime I exit then launch the game.

Don't change the league badges back, I prefer the older ones.

That's not a bug, it's probably a connection error or something.

Things we're aware of so far:

• players are having issues finding the latest Clash update in the AppStore - but it may take some time to properly roll out for everyone!
• old badges are back
• minor issues in the shadow/graphics of walls

Yeah bro I know the walls are messed up but one wall level that's looks absolutely great are the new lvl 9 walls, I love the shadow/ shading effect they added that makes the sun shine on certain sides, and how they look just a bit darker, please don't change the lvl 9 walls :)

Hey, I just updated my ipad yo the latest ios(9), but since then I havrnt been able to swap accounts for clash. Probably an issue with Apple software upgrade, and compatibility with supercell. But wpuld you or ally look into it? I jave a few accounts in war and need to be able to swap

I have a Samsung galaxy note 3 and I can not load the game either
