It should as it is an offensive spell, offenses run on what you currently have available.
If you are no longer on prep day, you won't be able to add the walls. On prep day, you should be able to add and utilize the new 25 walls at TH10. That could be interesting as your war weight was based on not having those walls but then again it could have been said for people who buy and place xbows and infernos during prep day, after a matchup was already made pre-update so I don't see why it wouldn't work in this case.

Attacking troops will engage defending troops from further away. This is important.
Hounds not attacking air troops is such a non change. They do like 10dps, it would take a hound like a minute to kill one balloon. Its just that they won't come out of the cc if you do a dragon or loon attack, unless you trigger the cc with a ground troop. Really only helps pure dragon or pentaloon attacks, but who does an all dragon attack at TH9/10??Quote:
