Used to be addicted. Now is just going through the motion if I have nothing better to do. Even updates don't excite me anymore.
Even though I started my first account 2 1/2 years ago, I still very much enjoy clash.
I've been playing since their launch. Play for 2 year quitted for a bout a year..(just loggin to collect collector) and back when clan war updates. Now I'm more like addiction just wanna achieve what I aim for coc.
Definitely some of both, won't try to deny it.
I have been having the same feelings as you.
I remember before "clan wars" were instituted, I was going to quit playing despite the time I've put into the game.
I personally think the clan wars are the only thing keeping me interested -- keeping the game competitive.
--- I believe Supercell should allow people to battle their friends or select enemies where the person can accept or decline...
This would give it another edge and competitiveness to keep players coming back..
So far, Supercell have been pretty with their updates & timing. so hopefully something new will happen before I try to quit playing again!
I love the game, but yes it is VERY addicting. Anyone over TH6 is addicted lol. It's always the feeling of needing to farm a little more, for that next upgrade or troop/hero level that you are dreaming about.
The only thing I don't like about clash is how anxious I get about wars. I LOVE war and it's such a rush, but I find myself thinking about my matchups WAY too much and obsessing over every little part of my attack. I gotta learn to relax a little more and not worry about it so much.
