Having a Barbarian King helps as you can pick off Town Hall snipes for 1k gold/elixir as well as the league bonus. So, I figure I am getting those resources while I wait, as opposed to simply killing time.

so to answer OP; i keep looking at clouds lol

I close the game and do something else such as playing CS:GO. Clash is a side game for me. I don't usually sit on the game talking in global/clan chat. However I do that once and a while.
