I'm on iOS and I have the same problem. One of my puppies is missing . I've moved my puppy bed around and whistled, I restarted and whistled. The missing puppy eats but is invisible! I watch as my other puppy(I have 2) ate, as he was eating the other food dish disappeared then reappeared empty but no puppy! It still lists that I have 2 puppies but I can't see one of them! It's my hound puppy that's missing.
Edit: Its back!! Just logged into the game and the missing puppy was back with the other one. Not sure where it went but glad it's back!
