TH10 always gets all the new things because at that point you are able to unlock anything and everything.
And we all have the chance to get to TH10, so there's no need to complain about the content "they" get.
Because many of us have nothing to do besides walls and heroes, which is as entertaining as watching paint dry...
And the big spenders are all offcourse maxed. Supercell knows that if they get bored and leaves it hurts their profits very much.
Last point is all who are not maxed th10, still have loads of stuff to do! And you got dark spells last update like the rest of us, when lava hound came you got that as Well. No need to feel left out to much
