Why are dead bases being taken out of circulation?

Lets say my friend has a TH7 account that he hasn't played on for about a month. For the first 15days it was attacked every 12 hours without fail. Every time giving away 200k+ of each so you know nobody will skip it. But the last attack on this base was 15 days ago. So for 15 days this dead full collector base has not been in circulation.
Why is this SC? How many other dead bases have been shelved?
And don't come with the game is about doing full attacks and not just attacking dead bases. I am yet to meet someone who has said next on a dead base.

They're not really removed, they go to the bottom of the queue. So unless somebody nexts 1000 times they probably won't show up.

I just got a dead base -_- and come on guys, just because u don't get u keep complaining:facepalm: be grateful for things SC has already given:smirk: and it does take dead bases some time to come, it's been quite a while since I got this:)

Well this happened to me about 8 months ago. On my 2nd acc which was th7 at the time i lost the phone. After not logging in for about 6 months i got a new device, logged in, and the defence log was full of attacks every 12 hours.

So from personal experience i believe the idea that dead bases are removed is a load of horse poo.

Looting off a dead base = kicking a dead horse...... I think SC might have a policy against animal cruelty.

The horse poo has been admitted by sc. There are millions of accounts so there will always be dead bases. Don't play for a day and your collectors will pay like a dead

Interesting, but I'm not convinced. So if I'm prepared to next a ♥♥♥♥ load of times I will eventually hit El Dorado and every base will be a bottom of the queue dead base?
And if it was in the queue the chances are very slim that nobody will pick it up in 15 days.
