need help in running my clan, tips?

Well ok, im the leader of a clan called storming fable, in general the clan is great,instant donations, and everyone donates, but but it has one flaw and that is that 70% of the time the chat isn't as active as I would like even if alot of members are online, so anytips on how to make it more active..

Also, I'm planning on making a feeder clan, who should I appoint its leader, how should it be run, its all new to me, so anything for that would be appreciated.

Lastly, I have alot of dead players, their all low leveled but we have around 9 to 11 i think, they just dont go on alot, all my high levels are all donating and active but alot of dead, should i kick them or what?

Should probably be in clan chat, but...

In my experience, you can throw out several different things to try and start a conversation:
1. Real life stuff happening, e.g. "Sigh, gotta go to the supermarket in a bit. :(" "What for?" etc.
2. Asking for advice on the game or in real life

What I found that doesn't work well:
1. Making suggestions on base design or troop comp
2. Giving advice that wasn't asked for

However, if you are trying to get people talking a lot, it probably won't happen. I think most people set up their armies, attack once, then log off and do something else for 10-15 minutes.

If ur doing elders and stuff either make all elders or only do elders you KNOW OR DEFINITELY TRUST.

Im leader of a clan and i don't have these problems because im firm and know what to do.


If you can't handle the challenges that comes with being leader then dont be one.
