Why am I still getting attacked by bots?

I've been attacked by a bot attacker four times in the last 3 days. How hard is it to ban these players? This has been a major issue since the beginning of this year. It's pathetic that you haven't gotten rid of them yet.

Interesting. I have only been once that I am sure of and it was probably months ago.

How can you prove they're bots?

What characteristics of the attack make you suspect a bot?

Take a screenshot and report the obvious ones

If you really want to know what it takes to ban these players check my thread out. It's my chat log with in game support. I gave video proof of attack. It's like a joke...

I always get weird attacks where I'll get my TH sniped, they will drop a few archers on exposed collectors, find out there is nothing in it, and still continue to drop more archers on other exposed collectors, then usually take longer than a normal person to quit the match. I get almost identical attacks to this constantly, almost exact same order of drops.

And how, exactly, do you expect SC to "get rid of them"?

First you have to prove that they *are* using bots. While some may be fairly obvious to the human eye, I can't think of any way of automatically picking them up that wouldn't result in huge numbers of false positives.

And while they can limit their usage by automatically logging people off, they have implemented that with a 6 hour limit. People complain about that, because they are getting raided for lots when they had nearly saved enough, so can you imagine the complaints if they shortened that by much?
