Hayday tasks getting lost

Margrits farm from the neighbourhood Doggy Friends has completed 3 high point tasks. The 2nd one was a 320 point 6 boat task. She finished it and started a new one. However the points are not showing up and on her personal Derby task log it says that she binned / trashed it. She didn't cos she had finished all 6 boats. Please put this right. It is hard enough to do well in the Derby without losing completed tasks this eat

Had the same happened with the helping 27 others task. With my final spree of bush reviving the task disappeared from my screen. It looks as if i trashed it and i have no memory of me trashing it. I assumed so far that i actually did trash it accidentally until i see others with the same problem.
