Pets are stuck

Not sure if this is where to address this, but my pets - kittens to be exact, are stuck.... They do not come when called, they also don't go to their bed/house to eat and sleep. When you touch them they do nothing. You cant collect the experience points from them. Anyone else having this issue? Or know how this can be fixed?

They had my husband shut hayday down then restart. Then put kittens bed in an open space and whistle for her. After whistling several times, she finally broke loose and came. Yay!😄

I am experiencing something similar. My kittens are doing fine but my horses keep getting trapped and so they don't return to the stables to feed. I move the machines or whatever is in their way and tap them and they return.

It worked, finally lol
Had to move the bed a few times and whistle a few more, but they are unstuck! Thank you so much

My kittens are also all stuck in one spot, and will not wander or move when I tap them. I have a 6-headed kitten blob! lol
However, when their timer goes off, they will return to their beds to eat, they will run around and then go to sleep like normal. But after I awaken them, they return to the same spot to become a blob again.

I emailed support, and within hours got back a very nice response saying it was a known glitch that would be fixed by update as soon as possible, and thanking me for my patience.

I get answered that i need to reinstall the game.
