Is the game getting too complicated?
Let's consider a (certainly non-exhaustive) set of rules/facts about the game, including some out of the announced upcoming update:
-Giant bombs do some damage, except they do 50% more damage on hogs.
-Minions do not trigger seeking air mines (the black ones), but they do trigger air bombs (the red ones).
-Teslas do some damage, but they do extra damage to PEKKAs, which in fact is their favorite target: as soon as a tesla senses a PEKKA in its range, it will drop its current target and target it instead.
-Healing spells have a reduced effect on heroes.
-The lava hound will no longer be hitting air targets... but what about the lava pups? Will they be hitting air targets?
-The trigger radius of a tesla is smaller than its hitting range.
Special cases and exceptions; this seems to be the way CoC is now going. I suggest that gameplay be simplified, before it becomes way too complicated. Some specific suggestions:
-Giant bombs no longer do extra damage to hogs.
-Minions trigger seeking air mines as well.
-Teslas no longer favor PEKKAs as targets and no longer do extra damage to them.
-Healing spells have the same effect on heroes as on any other troop.
-Lava hounds and pups have the same set of targets: either both hit air targets or none.
-The trigger radius of the tesla equals its range.
Feel free to add to this list any other arcane exceptions that you can think of!
