I've never noticed th 11 on the ruled list.

I can guarantee that loot exchange will never happen. It will be way to easy to abuse.

Waaaaaayyyyyy too easy to manipulate. Maxed th10 feeds one of his th9 clan members all his DE. Trade one gold or elixir for 200.000 DE.
