What CoC account should I use ?

I have a th10 with 25/20 heroes 50 lava Walls and rest Lego walls, also my defenses are all maxed +except ATs and Cannon's lvl 12). And I have a new th9 with 10/10 heroes and th8 level defenses. I've decided to focus on one account until I max it out. Question is, which account should I focus on ? Please help me lol

Having a maxed out th9 and th10 would be great for high level game play 'by this I mean not upgrading the th9 account once maxed'.
