So if I hit a town hall with 32.4% left with my first Eq to drop it 25%....well it crumble because it is now at 17.4%?

i dont think the building go down if they're below a certain percentage anymore, only if its under 25% if its the first spell or 20% if its the second (just for example, i dont know the actual 2nd spell percent) and this is just speculation not facts
