Ruled out does not mean that we will not see this feature in future updates. Ruled out ideas are just ideas that have already been suggested and it was decided, that they will not get released at the moment. The idea is already known by the developers and there is no use suggesting it again.
It isn't ruled out because they ARE working on it. Thought that was a pretty common piece of information.

People are acting like this means nothing lol. It obviously does. Why would they take it down in the first place, and if they dis why would they choose to now when it is obvious that they are laying down the carpet for it at ClashCon? They didn't suddenly read it now and took it away because they heard the idea, as someone seemed to suggest. People have been talking about TH11 for literally years now, this is not some new idea that just popped up. Signs are strongly pointing to TH11.
