Not sure if happening to anyone else, in our clan of about 30 people not one guy has max heroes. We have two people with around 30-34 and rest are lvl20ish or less yet as well as only one guy has max defenses. Last few wars their top 4 people max defenses and max heroes. Doesn't seem like pairing is very even.
Hmm, your opposition's lower opponents must have really low heroes. Because most of your clan has medium heroes, let's say you all have 20/20 heroes. That's 600 levels of heroes.
Your opposition has 4 people with max heroes: that's only 160 levels of heroes. That means that the rest of their clan has an average of 16/16 heroes.
What I'm saying is if all of your clan's heroes combined equals to 600, theirs probably does too! Just in a different way. They definitely will have a lot more rushed bases while you will have a lot more medium bases. It's getting the balance right that makes good matchups. Unfortunately, you haven't got the balance right as you have a load of mid level players with 20/20 heroes. Recruit some lower levelled players and you should be fine.

If your defenses are paired even and they have better troops, it means you focused on defense too much over offense. To do well in war, your offense should always be ahead of your defense, this includes heroes. It causes the problems you are facing now.Quote:
